Casa Colonia

Casa Colonia is an independent house distributed over two floors connected by a beautiful brick staircase. The entrance opens onto the ground floor consisting of a welcoming living area distributed between a living room furnished with a comfortable sofa, an open kitchen equipped with an equipped wall unit and a small bathroom with washing machine. The environment is illuminated by a large window overlooking the nearby medieval stone houses. The staircase leads to the sleeping area where there is a comfortable double bed and a spacious bathroom with shower. The harmony of the modern and vintage furnishings and the soft colors of the apartment blend perfectly with the light wooden beamed ceiling which make it a pleasant and welcoming place. The house, located in the center of Cortona, does not have private outdoor spaces, but a few steps away our guests can reach a very particular panoramic point. The house is located within the city walls, in the restricted traffic zone. A couple of free and paid car parks can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
