The apartment is on the third floor of an historical building and is spread out over 2 levels. Upon entering the apartment, you will find the open plan kitchen, dining area and exquisitely furnished living room. The kitchen has all updated appliances. From the living room, there is a door that opens onto a small terrace with outdoor seating and lovely views of Cortona.
The second level has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. The master bedroom is beautifully curated and furnished, feeling very comfortable and elegant. The second bedroom has a “French style “ bed, one that is larger than a twin, but smaller than a double, which will sleep 1 person. The apartment will accommodate 3 people beautifully, and is a plush and elegant base for your Tuscan stay.
There is a small terrace with outdoor seating. A dining set for 2 is available for guests to use.
Plenty of stairs that lead from the main entrance of the building to the night area.
