The house features two spacious bedrooms furnished with comfortable beds, a modern bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen located on the ground floor, with direct access to the garden—ideal for enjoying the outdoor spaces in a natural and practical way. An internal staircase connects the living area to the sleeping area, ensuring a functional and harmonious layout.

Outside, the private garden provides a secluded space for moments of relaxation, while private parking ensures convenience and independence throughout your stay.

Piccola Fonte is the sister property of Borgo La Fonte, one of our most appreciated homes, with which it shares the same elegant and comfortable style, achieving a perfect balance between practicality and a Tuscan atmosphere.

Located in the village of Camucia, just a few kilometres from the historic centre of Cortona, the house is an ideal base for exploring the region and its surroundings. Using a car is recommended to ensure complete freedom of movement, with all primary services easily accessible.
