Villa Pietrenta

Villa Pietrenta is an independent farmhouse with a panoramic view of the east side of Cortona. For walking lovers, you can reach the city center with a walk of about fifteen minutes crossing the beautiful flat garden of the Parterre otherwise by car in ten minutes.
The villa is divided into two non-communicating apartments that are at the same time both equipped and furnished to accommodate a group of ten people.
An apartment can accommodate up to four people. The entrance is in a large room on the ground floor distributed between the sitting area furnished with sofas and fireplace and the kitchen area equipped with all appliances and a large table for convivial moments. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room. On the first floor instead, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. From the outside, you are immediately on the large panoramic terrace from which you can admire the panorama that makes this farmhouse unique and of which our guests keep the most beautiful memory of their stay.
The second apartment can accommodate up to six people. The entrance is on the first floor of the farmhouse, on the side overlooking the hill, where there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with sofas and a fireplace, and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. All the windows of this apartment overlook the panoramic side of the entire farmhouse.

Finally, the farmhouse has a private swimming pool entirely fenced off as per current legislation to ensure safety and a terraced garden. The entire external area belonging to the guests has outdoor furnishing accessories, ideal for relaxing and enjoying this spectacle of nature among olive trees, oaks, and Mediterranean scrub bushes.
