This 200-sqm villa has been recently renovated by the youngest generation of the same family, which has owned the villa for many years.

Split on 2 levels, the villa also features a wine tasting room in what used to be the barn.

There’s a pizzeria and grocery shops about 1 km from the villa but it’s best to drive there than to walk the distance. In Camucia (7 km) and Castiglion Fiorentino (7 km) one can find shops, restaurants, the post office and banks.
